Conference Dinner «Tour de Zoug»

The conference dinner of the Symposium on September 7, 2017 is presented as “Tour de Zoug” with entertainment at venues in the city of Zug, each including a conference dinner.The restaurants which are part of this event are all located conveniently in the vicinity of the „Zytturm“, a historic monument of downtown Zug.

From 7 to 10 p.m. the restaurants offer a three-course menu (appetizer, main course, dessert) and drinks (white wine, red wine, mineral water). If you have special dietary requirements, please be so kind to advise us of them when you register for the event. During the evening dinner several musical guests will stop by the restaurants and entertain the guests with “musical appetizers”.

Aklin

The Aklin restaurant has been a fixture of the history part of Zug since 1787. It consists of three different rooms featuring generous wood-based decors, ”Zunft”-Room, “Erker”-Room, “Aklin”-Room. Many local fresh ingredients are used when preparing the meals. The kitchen prides itself preparing meals in traditional ways. This philosophy is also shared by the Aklin butcher shop on the ground floor.

Rathauskeller

This historic house features windows with antique paintings and is located right at the market place of Zug. The esteemed chef Stefan Meier has been preparing delicious treats since 1983. The restaurant offers its own signature dishes as well as classics. The aim is to highlight the true, delicious taste of the various ingredients.
